About Benita Wallis

I’m a senior student of manual osteopathic practice offering gentle, whole-body sessions in Southwest Saskatchewan. My approach is grounded in traditional osteopathic principles, with a focus on understanding how the body moves, adapts, and maintains balance as an integrated system.

Currently enrolled in a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner program, I offer sessions for educational and practice purposes. Each session is an opportunity to deepen my understanding of the body’s complexity while providing attentive, individualized care.

My Approach

I believe meaningful change begins by listening: to the body’s patterns, rhythms, and natural capacity for self-regulation. Through respectful, collaborative presence, I support this process by creating space where the body can find ease, balance, and resilience.

My work is informed by the principle that the body functions as a whole. When one area is restricted or under strain, it affects the entire system. By addressing these connections with gentle, hands-on care, I help support your body’s innate ability to adapt and heal.

What Guides My Practice

  • Whole-person perspective: recognizing that physical, emotional, and environmental factors all influence health

  • Gentle assessment: observation and listening guide each session

  • Responsive care: sessions adapt to what your body presents each visit

  • Collaborative process: your comfort, questions, and consent are always centered

Sessions take place in Swift Current, Admiral, and surrounding communities, and I welcome anyone seeking a thoughtful, body-centered approach to wellness.
